OUR COMMUNITY
The Courts at Kendall Condominium is a residential community built in 1986 with 276 apartments in the heart of West Kendall. In addition to its appealing environment, The Corts at Kendall Condominium has an active Board of Directors committed to maintaining the association to its highest standard.
This community is located near Medical Facilities, Shopping Centers, and Restaurants and offers exceptional Customer Service. The community offers, two Swimming Pools and a Spa, lighted Tennis Courts, a Fitness Center, a Playground, and a Club House.
Mission
At The Courts at Kendall, we focus on creating an environment of harmony and comfort for our residents by maintaining our common areas and upholding our covenants, declarations, and by-laws.
As representatives of the homeowners, the Board of Directors will take an ethical and objective approach to representing their interests.
We will seek out and support initiatives that strengthen resident bonds and will take the actions necessary to maintain a safe, friendly, and aesthetically pleasing place to live.
